Ranina Khakuri Qvevri

From native Georgian varietal Rkatsiteli, this wine is made in the ancient way with whole grape bunches, skins and all, fermenting in qvevri or amphora and left to macerate for about 6 months prior to bottling. 

This results in a rich style orange bursting with dried apricot and marmalade flavours, with just a hint of honey and a gentle tannic finish. Goes great with Chinese style dishes.
