Quinta do Ferro, Espumante 'Sparkling' Branco

Traditional method sparkling from woman winemaker and sparkling queen Miceala Fonseca. Made from local and pretty hard to find grape, Avesso, in Minho, Vinho Verde, Portugal, this is a great fizz with tropical fruit notes and a lovely, creamy mousse.
