Pialli, 'Garghi'

100% Garganega, from the Colli Berici, to the south east of Soave, a region where this grape variety takes centre stage. Pialli is the first biodynamic producer from this region and produces some incredible wines! The limestone soils give this wine a Chablis-esque vibe; deliciously soft, with creamy citrus flavours, apricots and red apple. Try with rich and creamy fish dishes.
