Int3gral3 Pet Nat Bianco

Same grapes as Prosecco but in an unfiltered Pet Nat style. A little bit more complex with some bready, yeasty notes (embrace this by mixing in the lees before opening!), but with delicate, soft bubbles that make drinking glass after glass of this, far too easy.

Using organic grapes, the boys at Integrale want to make wine that is unconventional, fun & sustainable, but most importantly enjoyable for everyone. Definitely smashed the brief with this one!
