Ramato style Pinot Grigio - ie. skin contact Pinot Grigio from Friuli, it's the best! Three different parcels of wine with varying days of skin contact; 2, 4 and 7 days, then blended before spending 6 months in cement. A unique ramato style that is layered and complex with approachable tannins and flavours of wild strawberry and grapefruit. The intense cranberry coloured juice is a beautiful replacement for a food-friendly rosé.
