Ferlat 'Grame'

100% Malvasia Istriana from Friuli Italy. 2 weeks of skin contact followed by 18 months in oak. Deep gold in colour, with a floral nose and heaps of spice, honey and apricot on the palate. This is a complex and compelling wine, with every sip revealing more flavours and character. Imagine the flavours of a dessert wine but in a dry style and then add extra deliciousness. 

Will go extremely well with blue cheese, but also alongside spiced desserts such as Christmas cake or spiced apple crumble.
