Famille Dornier, ‘Mar’

Grenache Blanc blended with 10% Macabeu from the Roussillon, in the South of France. The white from a Grenache-based series of wines named in Catalan after the elements that influence the vines, the coastal influence is obvious in this wine. Crisp and refreshing, the minerality comes through like a breath of sea air. Naturally, as it reflects the sea, it pairs with food from the sea. Simply perfect.
