Col Del Lupo 'L'aldo' Col Fondo

From Prosecco producers Col Del Lupo, between Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, we have a Col Fondo style of Glera. Secondary fermentation in the bottle, but left with 'the bottom' or lees, this gives us delicious sourdough notes on top of refreshing lemon sherbet. A rustic style of prosecco that's a bit more complex but just as drinkable.
