You may have tried the lusciously sweet wines of Tokaj, Hungary before, but have you tried a Dry Tokaj?! A blend of Furmint & Harslevelu, this is a fresh and crisp example with notes of quince and apple, best drunk alone or with a seafood platter. The 7ha estate has been in organic conversion since 2016, with most of the work done by owners Krisztian and Janos.
