Winemaker, Angelo, produces low intervention wines from fruit that he sources from South African growers using no chemicals. Here, Muscat sees about a weeks worth of skin contact, before being aged in oak barrels for around 9 months to give a textured and rich, aromatic white. Something a bit different and a whole lot delicious.
